Here to assist in resolving your real estate dispute, so that you can focus on what matters most to you.
Mediation provides a framework within which disputants may resolve issues without the additional time, expense and stress that may be associated with trial.
As a mediator, my role is to facilitate open discussion in a neutral setting. It is my belief that, if each party is able to honestly express his/her/its perspective and interests while the other party actively listens, areas of agreement and common ground will begin to emerge. Through respectful dialogue, each side may come to better understand the wants and needs of the other. With such understanding, I, as the mediator, can endeavor to assist the parties in identifying mutually acceptable solutions. Using collaboration, rather than confrontation, opposing sides are often able to forge an agreement. In this way, open communication can lead to a mutually beneficial path forward.
With nearly a decade of experience in real estate law, I have assisted clients in resolving issues related to mortgages, foreclosures, landlord/tenant disputes, liens and lien priority, homeowners and condominium associations, and general real estate matters. As a mediator, I aim to put that experience to use assisting litigants in identifying issues and exploring creative resolutions of disputes.
